Terra Plana New Autumn 08 Footwear Collection

The new Terra Plana Autumn 08 collection is now in store. If like me you experience a bit of fetish for boots, then you'll love their new eco friendly boots. These sexy heel high pull-on booties in Maple (left) and Lauren Quilt (below) are my firm favourites. The patchwork quilts come from recycled quilts made in Pakistan or Bangladesh. And it's not only the patchwork quilt that makes them look so comfy. They are ergonomically designed with the aid of a chrome-free memory foam.

Wherever possible Terra Plana shoes, boots and accessories are eco friendly. Common themes are recycled materials, clever stitching, locally sourced materials to factories, vegetable dyes etc. And at £150, a cute pair of hard-wearing but comfy booties is a great deal for us as well as the environment.
