Faced with a photographic choice of pink, red or blue to place here, The GIN Lady's feminist streak raised its head and we firmly opted for the pink version - who says that cars aren't for girls or for that matter, little boys don't like it either! We discovered this ultra cool car at Colloco, a wonderful retail space dedicated to specialist independent businesses - we love! This Automoblox C9 Sportscar - so flash! - is made from high quality wood and makes for a cool alternative to the plastic we're bombarded with, particularly when it comes to toys. We reckon this has a collectible touch and will be knocking around for years, so considering the inexpensive price tag, it's cracking value.

The really clever bit about this car though is its design. It can be pulled apart and reassembled into different designs, allowing your kid to think in a 3-D space. Cognitive? Tick. Cool? No doubt. We're buying one - how about you?! BUY NOW FROM COLLOCO!
