SUSTAINABLE & ERGONOMIC CHAIR
Variable Balans Chair, $495
Ergonomic, good looking and sustainable. The wood is from sustainable crops and only uses non toxic dyes and glue. The excess sawdust from the chairs is also used to power the building in which they are handmade. Fab.
And it gets better as these chairs are ergonomic too. As the name "Variable" suggests, the chair provides variable movement - the kneeling posture being one of many. Variable balans encourage natural and active sitting positions whilst the runners allow gentle rocking. The Balans® concept makes it possible to work at a table without bending or straightening out the natural curve in the spine, because the upper part of the body remains in a natural position of balance.
The Balans Variable chair, which comes in a cool range of colours, is popular with office workers, as well as kids aged 10 upwards. Works a treat for home work apparently, as it keeps up their energy. What a bonus.
SIT COMFORTABLY ON A VARIABLE CHAIR!

So glad to see this on a blog! Wonderful chair, very comfortable, my neck/back pains are no longer a problem thanks to this chair. I can sit on my computer for hours. My son uses his for tv time and video games. I would have been sold on this chair as is, but it is made from sustainable crops and an eco friendly fabric to boot! Go Varier!
