HAM ON THE BONE

Ham carved off the bone... delicious. And not just for Christmas as this is a superb all year rounder. Exclusively supplied to Forman & Field, Country Victualler in Nottinghamshire, is a small family firm dedicated to the very best in quality. This ham is steamed, then baked on the bone with an old-fashioned marmalade glaze. Yummy!
